SHIPPING POLICY - Not My Dress

At Not My Dress, we ship New Zealand wide using NZ Post overnight courier to help ensure your rental arrives in time for your event.

Shipping rates
Shipping includes both delivery and return postage.

Urban addresses: $17 return overnight shipping
Rural addresses: $22 return overnight shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the address provided.

Delivery timing
All rentals are shipped via NZ Post overnight courier and are scheduled to arrive on or before the first day of your 4 day rental period.

Although overnight shipping is used, delivery timeframes are subject to NZ Post operations and cannot be guaranteed.

Rental period
All rentals are for 4 days.

Your rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the fourth day. The garment must be returned on or before the final day of your rental period.

Returning your rental
A prepaid return courier label will be included with your order.

To return your dress:

1. Place the dress back in the original packaging.

2. Attach the prepaid return label.

3. Drop the parcel at an NZ Post location or arrange a courier pickup.

The return parcel must be lodged with NZ Post on the final day of your rental period.

Late returns
Late returns may incur additional rental fees as the dress may be booked for another customer.

Shipping delays
Not My Dress is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
