Nationwide postage is $17 return for urban and $22 for rural and will be added at checkout.

Rural delivery addresses must select rural at checkout. Failure to do so means your order may not arrive and will not be refunded.

* Postal orders close 2pm Wednesday for weekend and Monday events

Pickups details will be shown at checkout - collection confirmation will be sent via email once FULL payment received.

* Collect orders must be submitted two days prior to your event at minimum and returned the next working day following your event.

EXAMPLE: Local deliveries are made to your address between 10am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.

Accidental damage protection

Accidental Damage Protection is an optional non-refundable fee of $12 per garment.


This protection must be selected and paid for at time of booking.

If purchased, this covers minor accidental damage that may occur during the rental period. This may include minor stains requiring additional cleaning, small fabric pulls, loose seams, or minor repairs such as zip or strap fixes.

Accidental Damage protection is intended to cover minor and repairable damage only.


This protection does NOT cover:

  1. Excessive, significant or irreparable damage
  2. Permanent stains that cannot be removed
  3. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts
  4. Alterations made to the garment
  5. Loss or theft of the garment
  6. Failure to return the garment
  7. If a garment is lost, stolen, not returned, or damaged beyond repair, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the garment, regardless of whether Accidental Damage Protection was purchased.
